We are currently seeking an exceptional professional to join us as a Sales Supervisor
The Sales Supervisor is accountable for managing the successful execution of Incora sales initiatives, policies and plans to ensure that Company sales targets are reached. The Sales Supervisor will maintain positive and productive customer and vendor relationships whilst managing the day-to-day activities of the Sales Representatives
Responsibilities
- Communicate department and company objectives to staff and maintain upward communication with senior management.
- Train and mentor Sales Representatives; monitor team performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Lead by example in maximising sales for existing accounts and actively propose and negotiate opportunities for additional value-added sales and services.
- Maintain professionalism, customer service and customer focus while building strategic partnerships with potential and existing Incora accounts.
- Identify opportunities to grow revenue and profit whilst ensuring costs are reduced and controlled.
- Maximise sales at existing accounts and develop new customers.
- Determine work procedures, coordinate and expedite staff workflow.
- Collaborate with Outside Sales to develop new customers from sales leads.
- Develop expert knowledge in regard to suppliers, products, competition and/or markets.
- Ensure adherence to customer approvals and quality requirements.
- Lead, participate and practice continuous improvement and/or process improvement efforts.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- 3-5 years of proven experience in Sales, with at least 1 year of experience in a supervisor role
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships both internally and externally
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with an ability to mentor and motivate others
- Excellent customer service and negotiation skills with the ability to deal tactfully and confidently, both internally and externally
