Sales Officer

Position Overview

• Duration: 1-Year Renewable Contract
• Work Schedule: 5-day work week (Monday to Friday) from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Salary: Between S$ 2,000 and S$ 3,000 per month, commensurate with experience
• Overtime Compensation
• Location: Tuas, conveniently located near Gul Circle MRT

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and oversee order processing and shipment coordination.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers to address sales-related matters promptly and effectively.
• Assist with month-end closing activities, including document filing, billing, and payment processing.
• Support sales activities by preparing presentation materials, compiling sales data, organising meetings and site visits.
• Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma qualification
• Proficiency in English, with strong communication skills
• Competent in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• A positive and approachable attitude with a willingness to learn
• Good customer service mindset
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
