Trade Assets Sales Manager

Job Descriptions

1. Business Development and Relationship Management

• Expand domestic/international counterparty networks, negotiate pricing/terms, and promote trade distribution through cross business unit collaboration and tailored client solutions.

• Transaction execution such as preparation of OFFER and Acceptance, documentation screening and post transaction monitoring.

2. Product Management

• Draft and implement product management policies, guidelines, and operational procedures.

• Ensure seamless transaction processing by collaborating with Trade Operations and managing daily GTS system reports.

3. Compliance & Risk

Conduct AML/KYC checks, resolve audit requests, update risk platforms, and escalate flagged transactions to ensure regulatory compliance.

4. Reporting & Operational Coordination

Prepare regulatory reports (ERA, RACA), assist in data analysis, KPIs/forecasts, and handle cross functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Advanced Excel/data analysis skills for reporting and forecasting.

• Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese to communicate effectively with our China counterpart and Chinese-speaking customers.

• Soft Skills: Teamwork, Strong negotiation, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
