What will you be doing?
Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget. Act as the main point of contact for both internal and external teams and clients, lead presentations to communicate project progress and facilitate timely delivery of tasks and deliverables to HOL’s standards of excellence. Assist in the preparation of proposals and reports when required.
Quality Control: Perform quality control on projects throughout development to maintain the high standards expected at HOL. Lead by example, embodying HOL’s values of integrity, simplicity, and excellence in every aspect of your work. Your leadership will inspire other team members to adopt these core values, nurturing a culture of professionalism and a commitment to high standards throughout the team.
Client and Stakeholder Management: Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their strategic goals are met. When called upon, able to lead presentations and skilfully showcase HOL’s capabilities, aligning our solutions with client needs.
Leads Generation: Identify and pursue new business leads to support HOL’s growth. Collaborating with internal and external teams to develop strategies to attract potential clients and expand HOL’s network. Tracking lead generation efforts to align with company goals.
What are we looking for?
Education and Experience: While a bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field is beneficial, HOL recognises that talent and skill can come from varied experiences. We value diverse professional backgrounds and are open to candidates who can demonstrate their capabilities through a sterling track record. This track record should include at least 3 years in project management ideally in a creative industry or a start-up environment.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Teams. Knowledge of Notion and other project management software will be advantageous.
Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage, inspire, and direct a team. Excellent communication skills for effective client and stakeholder interactions.
Creativity and Innovation: A creative mind and able to think out-of-the-box. Enjoys problem-solving, planning and organising. Curious and open-minded with an interest in exploring the latest tools for Project and Office management.
