Responsibilities

  • Daily management of IP network and IT infrastructure that includes operations, administration, monitoring, and backup.
  • Implement, configure, and maintain various Azure SaaS Cloud Services such as Azure AD, AIP, ATP, ASR, CAS, EM+S, Teams, Intune, AAD Connect, Exchange Online, and O365.
  • Manage Fortinet Firewall and Fortinet VPN and preferred knowledge of Fortinet Secure SD-Wan.
  • Assist in the configuration of infrastructure such as computer hardware, systems software, and applications software.
  • Manage existing on-premises Hyper-V Infrastructure and migrate to cloud infrastructure.
  • Assist with piloting new tools, technologies, and/or processes.
  • Adhere to security requirements and report security issues with infrastructure.
  • Collate performance and data performance statistics for capacity planning and reporting of existing infrastructure.
  • Maintain documentation of infrastructure operations activities, maintenance procedures and tests, and infrastructure optimization.
  • Assist with the implementation of agreed infrastructure changes and maintenance routines.
  • Provide client-centered first level IT support to End User Computing issues on PC/laptop, mobile devices, web conferencing tools, network, and application-related problems.
  • Provide IT Audit support, monitor, and track movement of IT assets, performance, and effective lifespan.
  • Provide IT-related administrative support including maintenance contract renewal, user folder access, IT fixed assets, and licensing management.
  • Develop and upkeep master access database for HNF staff access to various internal and external systems.
  • Onboarding and offboarding of staff accounts and IT equipment.
  • Any other related duties as directed by the said reporting officers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma Holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • Min 5 years of on-premise and/or cloud IT infrastructure administration & critical IT service management.
  • Experience in the use of networking systems and devices, firewalls, wireless controls and technology, network switching, and routing protocols.
  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity standards, protocols and frameworks, and works in compliance with the Cyber Security Act 2018.
  • Evaluate cloud solutions, infrastructure, and new technologies to meet business needs.
  • Cloud services management and provisioning such as Azure AD, Office365 Services, Exchange Services, Endpoint Service.
  • Working knowledge of IT Disaster Recovery processes and Business Continuity Planning requirements.
  • Methodically identify causes of complex issues, evaluate, and develop solutions in collaboration with the team.
  • Think and act independently, effectively resolve issues responsively as they arise.
  • Team player with good analytical and problem-solving skills and is proficient in infrastructure systems.
  • Communicate effectively, multi-task and take on new challenges.
  • Required to work after office hours or weekends for scheduled maintenance or any IT duties as and when required.
