Sales Manager - Philippines Market • Networking Solutions

We are looking for a sales Manager to develop and grow our presence in the Philippines market. You will be based in Singapore, working independently while actively prospecting and establishing relationships with clients in the Philippines. This is a key role for expanding Teltonika’s reach in Southeast Asia through strategic sales efforts and market development. Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

Teltonika provides an opportunity for every ambitious sales representative to improve their sales skills, develop comprehensive knowledge of products, and generate considerable earnings. If you are a motivated, well-organized, proactive personality, and have a passion for prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers, then we are on the same way!

In this role, you will:

  • Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding growth opportunities in the Philippines.
  • Reach out to new potential clients via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn communication.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers through daily contact, online presentations, and occasional on-site visits.
  • Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts to achieve assigned sales goals.
  • Attend exhibitions or client meetings abroad to represent Teltonika and its solutions.
  • Collaborate with the technical support department and product specialists to address customer requirements.

What we expect of you:

  • Are professional in English (spoken and written) and fluent in Tagalog to communicate with Philippine clients.
  • Have minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, particularly in handling the Philippines market.
  • Are experienced in lead generation, cold calling, and opening new markets.
  • Have knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., ZoomInfo, Lusha, or similar tools).
  • Have strong hunter mentality, high energy, and the ability to work independently from Singapore.
  • Are willing to travel to the Philippines regularly for client meetings and market visits.
  • Having a network in the Philippines or past GTM experience is a strong advantage.
