What the role is
This is a 2-year contract position as a Manager in the CET Academy.
What you will be working on
This role involves a dynamic combination of strategic marketing planning, event management, content production, digital marketing, and effective collaboration to enhance the overall marketing communications and outreach efforts for adult learning programmes.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Strategic Marketing Planning
- Collaborate with the Assistant Director to develop and execute strategic marketing plans tailored to the unique profile of NP’s adult learning programmes, and needs of adult learners, alumni, and corporates generally and across different domains.
- Evaluate and analyse marketing campaigns, monitoring their effectiveness in terms of growth in followers, engagement and conversion indicators, and adjusting strategies based on insights; and stay abreast of competitors' activities within the adult education sector.
2. Publication and Publicity Material Production
- Lead efforts in the timely and accurate production of publications and publicity materials focused on adult education programmes; and collaborate with the creative team to ensure content aligns with the unique needs and preferences of adult learners as well as corporates.
3. Digital Marketing Campaigns
- Develop plans for digital marketing campaigns, including implementing anchor campaigns to increase the visibility of our programmes/services for both adult learners and corporates, as well as increase applications for our courses. This includes managing marketing agencies, developing the editorial calendar, and producing creative content.
4. Event Planning and Execution
- Work closely with the Assistant Director to lead and collaborate with stakeholders in planning and executing events specifically designed for adult learners, alumni, and corporates.
- Ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts within events to enhance brand visibility and attract the adult learner demographic.
- Evaluate and analyse events, monitoring their effectiveness in terms of leads and conversion indicators, and adjusting strategies based on insights.
What we are looking for
- 2 - 3 years’ experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing and communication strategies, with a bonus for those who have done so for adult education programs.
- Strong project and budget management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an understanding of the communication preferences of adult learners.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics, design especially as applied to adult education.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
