Designation: Receptionist and Admin Assistant

Responsibilities

The Receptionist and Admin Assistant is to provide excellent customer service to guests and the general public and perform office administrative duties.

Receptionist Duties

  • Greet and attend to guests and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude
  • Handle phone calls and follow up on enquiries promptly and in a professional manner
  • Sorting and distribution of mails
  • Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are kept tidy and clean, with sufficient amenities provided.

Office Administrative Duties

  • Order of office supplies. Eg stationery, pantry snacks etc
  • Issuance of stationery to staff
  • Updating of staff and centre directories
  • Arrangement of courier service
  • Any other administrative duties as and when assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum ITE Graduate with 2 years of relevant experience
  • Well-groomed with a pleasant disposition
  • A team player with a good attitude and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills and able to provide good customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Power Point, Excel, Word and IT savvy
