Responsibilities

The Associate for FAM@FSC and PSP is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the team. The Associate works with the team to ensure clients are well-served and programmes are executed, and objectives are met. Their focus is on supporting all team members in their work, and ensuring that the administrative functions are fulfilled.

General Administration

  • Manage office supplies, correspondence, and office records
  • Support operational efficiency through administrative tasks and process enhancements

Programme & Event Support

  • Assist Programme Leads in executing FAM & PSP programmes and community events, including logistics and client engagement
  • Manage administrative tasks related to programme and event execution

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Support the Senior Manager in engaging partners and stakeholders

Report Preparation

  • Assist in preparing reports for stakeholders
  • Track and maintain client data from programmes
  • Provide any other support as assigned/required

Qualifications

  • Possess Diploma in any discipline from an accredited institution

Relevant Experience

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Experience in the Social Work setting is a plus

Competencies

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • People-oriented and good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with event management software or tools
  • Basic understanding of governance frameworks, including BCCP and PDPA
