We are looking for a dynamic and energetic team-player who is keen to join and grow with our Palliative Rehabilitation Unit as an Occupational Therapist. Reporting to the Head of Department, you will:

• Conduct OT assessment, rehabilitation and meaningful therapy engagement for clients and their families across DPH services
• Provide OT professional inputs to value add to multi-disciplinary team management, planning and support holistic patient-centred care
• Provide training and supervision to TAs, volunteers and students in supporting therapy and client care
• Participate and assist in research, professional education and induction on Palliative Rehabilitation.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy recognised by Singapore Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC)
• Registered with Singapore Allied Health Professionals Council (AHPC) and possess valid Full Practicing Certificate in Occupational Therapy
• 4 years of working experience as an OT in Singapore. Geriatrics/Palliative Care experience preferred
• Possess good communication in English, good interpersonal and problem-solving skills, as well as a team-oriented personality
