Responsibilities and duties

• Prepare for opening and closing operation hours
• Help customers to settle down and advise on ordering system
• Serve food to customers in an effective and polite manner
• Answering customer’s queries regarding services, menus, offers or any other product related enquiries
• Clean tables after customers have left and clearing empty/unwanted dishes
• Assist kitchen staff whenever required
• Welcome and bid farewell to customers as they enter/leave the restaurant
• Packing and labelling of products
• Maintain cleanliness, tidiness and replacement of retail shelve items
