You will manage a team of employer consultants to engage and partner employers to enhance the work opportunities available to persons with disabilities. This includes developing and implementing sector-based strategies to identify and engage queen bee employers, as well as improve capability and confidence of employers in hiring, integrating and retaining persons with disabilities. You will also work closely with social service agencies and persons with disabilities to assess profiles for job referrals to facilitate sustainable disability-inclusive hiring and employment practices.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sector-based strategies to foster disability-inclusive hiring, including gig jobs for persons with disabilities
  • Cultivate queen bee companies to advocate for disability-inclusive hiring in respective sectors
  • Identify and engage prospective employers to secure interest in disability-inclusive hiring, leveraging initiatives such as the Open Door Programme, schemes and grants administered by SG Enable
  • Work with team of employer consultants to plan, manage, implement and track employer progress on customised plans to hire persons with disabilities
  • Provide advice and support to improve employer practices guided by the Enabling Mark framework
  • Develop materials for engagement and disability employment consultancy with employers
  • Maintain up-to-date engagement records and prepare reports to update management and other stakeholders
  • Support events organised by SG Enable or our partners
  • Undertake other roles as and when required
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
  • Degree holder in any discipline
  • Experience in managing teams, account servicing and business development
  • Adept at public speaking and partners engagement
  • Team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances and versatile to take on other roles when required
  • Strong time management with the ability to work under tight deadlines and fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous in administrative tasks and resourceful in problem solving
