Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Market Expansion

  • Develop and lead the overall business development strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, emerging trends, and potential revenue streams.
  • Drive geographic, channel, or product line expansions as needed.

2. Partnerships & Alliances

  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with brands, suppliers, platforms, and logistics providers.
  • Negotiate and close high-value commercial deals to enhance the company’s product offerings and reach.
  • Represent the company in key networking events, trade shows, and industry forums.

3. Revenue Growth & Sales Enablement

  • Work closely with marketing, category, and sales teams to implement go-to-market strategies that convert leads into revenue.
  • Set performance targets and maximize client satisfaction and retention.
  • Track sales performance and identify optimization opportunities across acquisition channels.

4. Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Use market insights, customer data, and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Regularly report on KPIs, pipeline performance, and business development progress to the executive team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or commercial leadership
