Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams in designing, developing and implementing sustainable solutions
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
• Ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
• Engage with startups, research institutions and industry experts
• Build strategic partnerships to accelerate technology adoption
• Represent Yokogawa at conferences, workshops, and industry events
• Stay abreast of advancements in sustainability focus areas such as Net Zero, Circular economy and Well Being
• Provide technical guidance to project teams
• Contribute to patent filings and intellectual property development
• Publish white papers, participate in webinars, and contribute to thought leadership forums.
• Mentor junior technologists and foster knowledge sharing
  
  

Requirement

• Master / Degree in Engineering, Science, Management
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in technology development, research, or innovation in sensing, control and optimization with at least 3 years’ experience in managing a team
• Proven track record of leading successful grant applications, Research collaborations and projects execution
• Relevant data analytics and programming skills needed to support the research work
• Experience in handling both agile projects and an industry projects
• Experience in new ventures, small business growth, start ups is a plus
