Job Description
- Maintain confidentiality throughout the process of tender
- Review of tender documents and identify customer requirements
- Co-ordinate all inter-department inputs for inclusion in tender submission and for cost preparation
- Preparation of technical and commercial clarification post review of tender documents
- Identify third party / subcontract scope of services and get proposals from suitable vendors / subcontractors.
- Technical and commercial evaluation of third-party proposal and negotiation.
- Prepare cost estimates for assigned project tender and risk review
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for submission
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering/Chemical/Electrical
- Candidate with 2-3 years Project sales Proposal Experiences Must have proven records on Project Proposal Experience for Major Projects Process and Instrumentation technical knowledge
- Good skill sets of MS excel/words/Power Points Must have Customer service handling experiences
- Knowledge in Microsoft office, Project, power point is compulsory.
- Chemical or Engineering background prefer.
- Good Problem-Solving skill and Well-Organized personality
- Good in time management Skills, must meet Tender Bidding Timeline
- Leadership quality, strategic and Mature ThinkingPersonal
