• Identify scope of work & supply from customers requisition specifications for proposal making and cost estimating.
• Identify 3rd party buyout equipment, solution and integrate with various department to offer a complete integrated solution.
• Prepare proposals to satisfy and meet customers’ requirements at lowest possible cost.
• Reply customers’ clarification / inquiry promptly and correctly.
• Work closely with salespersons to provide design concept and technical / commercial support.
• Conduct survey/investigation of Plants / Sites to identify Scope of Works for Project pursuit.
• Update of monthly proposal records and ensure compliance of department documentation / processes with YEA QA policies & certifications requirement.
• To lead and work with Sales Engineering team members, GPC, PDD and FIN in proposal activities.
• Support other ad-hoc sales related activities and projects regionally.
