Intern, Corporate Engagement Partnerships

Responsibilities

• Maintain good relationships with accounts and partners through communicating and identifying needs and challenges.
• Has good research skills to understand accounts through Know Your Customer (KYC) duties.
• Assist and support in brainstorming and planning of programmes and events.
• Assist in coordinating and organising programmes, events, speakers and materials, including but not limited to administration (e.g. invitations and reminders), logistics, vendors, venue, pre and post event support.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate in year 2 or 3, preferably in Business Management, Marketing, or Communications
• Ability to manage resources and relationships with stakeholders
• Demonstrated good project management skills
• Ability to manage documents and research in a timely and organised manner
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and duties from events and programmes
• Demonstrate good Microsoft Office skills
