Construction Site Supervisor

Job Description:

1. Monitor daily site activities to ensure work progresses according to schedule and safety regulations.
2. Supervise subcontractors and workers to maintain productivity, quality, and discipline on-site.
3. Conduct toolbox meetings and ensure all site personnel follow safety protocols and risk assessments.
4. Inspect workmanship and ensure all tasks meet project specifications and industry standards.
5. Coordinate material deliveries and usage, ensuring minimal waste and timely stock availability.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant site supervision experience, especially in construction or civil works.
2. Knowledge of workplace safety and health practices (WSH), including experience with permit-to-work systems.
3. Basic ability to read technical drawings (e.g., architectural or structural plans).
4. Strong communication and leadership skills, especially when dealing with workers and subcontractors.
5. Possession of a valid Construction Safety Orientation Course (CSOC) or other relevant safety certification.
