Part Time Baker

Located at Tanjong Pagar

Cafe tentative operating hours is Mon - Fri 7.30am - 5pm, Sat 7.30am - 2/3pm

Salary From $12/HR

Min 2 - 3 Days Per Week

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake bakery items for menu and events using standardised recipes
• Estimate needs, manage inventory, and keep records of supplies used
• Ensure bakery and equipment meet hygiene and safety standards
• Liaise with Senior Baker for feedback and quality updates
• Complete daily mis en place checks to ensure freshness
• Monitor stock movement and manage section orders

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Pastry Chef/Baker
• Food & hygiene certification preferred
