SIMMTECH INTERNATIONAL was established in 2021 in order to manage and further develop the fast-growing business in the emerging Asia market. The company is responsible for SIMMTECH group's customers located all the world.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Daily WIP update / Weekly schedule update / Weekly shipped quantity
  • Address customer inquiries and requests related to orders, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Manage payment queries, negotiate payment plans, ensure timely payments, and enhance the payment collection process.
  • Receive / Register new PO / Update schedule to ATSM and Daily call
  • Send shipping info to customers and update Shipment summary
  • RMA# / Recall Letters / Customs clearance
  • Adhoc requests (Pull in / Swap / Divert / Push out / Cancellation / Monitor escalated orders)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma in any field.
  • Able to handle multiple entities and collaborate with team members.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required for dealing with a cross-functional team.
  • Knowledge in Oracle & QuickBooks would be advantageous.
  • Need to speak 2 languages when we work (Korean, English) and Chinese (optional)

  • Annual Leave: Start from 10 days

  • Working Day & Hours: Monday to Friday, 0830hrs to 1730hrs
