Position Summary As the regional SCM Analyst, this role will support supply chain management teams across regional subsidiaries and be responsible for monitoring and reporting key internal SCM KPIs, identifying operational issues, and contributing to risk assessments and process improvements Role and Responsibilities Roles & Responsibilities
  • Prepare regular reports for management on SCM KPIs, operational issues (e.g., supply shortages, aging inventory, low forecast accuracy), and the progress of ongoing SCM initiatives
  • Monitor system data to detect operational issues in areas such as sales forecasting and inventory management, and work closely with local teams to define and implement improvement plans
  • Collaborate with HQ and regional subsidiaries on SCM-related projects, including system implementation, internal process optimization, and customer collaboration initiatives
  • Participate in cross-functional innovation projects that involve supply chain or business process enhancements with internal and/or external stakeholders
  • Act as the regional SCM trainer by developing training materials and conducting workshops to enhance subsidiaries’ capabilities in SCM processes and systems
Skills and Qualifications Requirements
  • 3–5 years of professional experience, with at least 2–3 years in supply chain management or a related field
  • Experience in SCM consulting or SCM solution implementation is a strong advantage
  • Proficient in data analysis with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Familiarity with database systems or planning tools
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills; able to work effectively across functions such as sales, marketing, finance, and logistics
  • Confident presenter with the ability to communicate insights and strategies to management
