Quality Assurance Engineer

The Role & Where You Come In

We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer who’s passionate about quality and precision to join us. You’ll be the key to ensuring our advanced materials meet the highest standards—from R&D through production.

• Ensure product quality through hands-on inspections
• Calibrate and maintain lab equipment for consistent, reliable results
• Work with R&D and production teams to troubleshoot and solve quality issues
• Drive root cause analysis and implement CAPA
• Support validation, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives

Who We’re Looking For

• Degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years in QA/QC, ideally in a lab or manufacturing environment
• Skilled in implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 or equivalent quality management systems
• Familiar with ISO standards, lab instruments, and documentation practices
• Comfortable in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
