Founded since 2005, PaperMarket is a specialty retailer and regional distributor for designer stationery and lifestyle gifting brands. As the exclusive distributor for Kate Spade New York Stationery & Lifestyle Gifts and Muzik Tiger Korea in SE Asia, PaperMarket is looking for contract/permanent part-time crew members to join us on weekends and busy public holidays.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Retail Sales Promoter @ PaperMarket Great World

***ATTRACTIVE SALARY $12 - $18/hour rate***

for work on Weekends Fri - Sun / Public Holidays

MUST BE WILLING TO WORK WEEKENDS & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS & RETAIL HOURS

• Working Hours 3 - 4 days per week (12pm - 9pm, including 1 meal break)
• Working Location Great World / Keppel Road

Key Responsibilities

• Actively promote products to customers, explaining features and benefits to encourage purchases.
• Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
• Strive to meet or exceed sales goals set by the company or the store.
• Stay updated on products being promoted and discounts offered to customers.
• Keep the store or event area clean, organized and products attractively displayed.
• Work closely with other store staff to ensure a positive and efficient store environment.
• Process e-commerce/online orders.
• Create/edit/update product data (Pricing, codes, description) for e-commerce platforms such as Shopee/Lazada/Shopify.
• Assist with receiving deliveries, price tagging, and packing of goods for delivery.
• Assist with processing of bulk shipments, picking, and packing of wholesale orders.

REQUIREMENTS

• GCE “O” Level or its equivalent.
• Must be computer savvy and competent in Microsoft Office/Excel.
• Inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
• Experience in retail sales is an advantage.
• Lively, energetic, and outgoing personality will be an advantage.
• Willing to learn and adapt fast to any work environment.
• Able to communicate well and well-groomed (No brightly dyed hair).
