Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Account Manager to oversee our company’s financial health by managing budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial principles, and the ability to lead financial planning and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company; full set of accounts.
• Manage payments for suppliers and receipts from clients/customers.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, statements, and analysis for management.
• Analyze financial performance and make recommendations for improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards in Singapore.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
• Implement and improve financial systems and processes.

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven experience as an Account Manager, Oil and Gas industry preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting and professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA) is preferred.
