Social Worker

Social work practitioners:

We are recruiting social worker practitioners to join our cohesive team at THYE HUA KWAN Family Services at Bedok North. You will be specialized in group and community intervention/training focusing on supporting/empowering individual and family affected by domestic violence, newly released inmates in their rehabilitation and reintegration journey. You will also be expected to partner closely with prison and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Drive groupwork and training both in the community and prison
• Provide rehabilitation/family program to men who caused hurt to their family
• Program design and evaluation
• Casework and counselling intervention

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor or Post Graduate Qualifications in Social Work

Working Hours: Mon - Fri (9am-6pm)

May occasionally need to work on weekends, the organisation will provide you with a day off on another day ("off in lieu") to make up for the weekend work.
