DESIGNATION : Senior Social Worker
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Senior Social Worker (SSW) is responsible for facilitating change and improving the lives of individuals, families, community facing transitional challenges through the provision of direct services.
- Supervise and approve case assessment and outcome plans, and case closure
- Provide consultations for assessment of cases with risk issues
- Support or co-lead review of complex and risk cases in the company
- Supervise subordinates in the follow through of intervention plans, especially for complex and or risk cases
- Provide supervision of groupwork and community work through modelling, observations and debrief etc
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by HOD and Supervisor Conduct regular home visit and ensure KPIs (visitation) will be met within the timeline as per funding agencies' requirement
QUALIFICATIONS
Possess Degree in Social Work or Degree with a Graduate Diploma in Social Work from an accredited institution.
OTHER INFORMATION
Relevant Experience:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Accredited as Registered Social Worker with Singapore Association of Social Workers would be an advantage
- Trained in Asset based community development (ABCD) would be an advantage
