About The Job To organise the distribution of goods and ensure that the right products are picked up, delivered on time and in full to the right location, at an optimum cost Job Description
  • To support the DC and deliver operational service to customers by actively communicating and coordinating with operations interfaces
  • Execute the daily logistic operational activities using Transportation Management System (TMS)
  • Plan, execute, and optimize the physical movement of goods, both incoming and outgoing, and making sure the shipment is compliant and proper documentation is available
  • Support in optimizing the global operational LCT processes
  • Support problem solving, improvement and development activities
  • Work towards standardized work & Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  • Participate in product system, 5S and other operations initiatives in the DC
  • Follow and maintain supply chain processes within the DC
  • Perform other job-related functions as assigned by superior
  • Monitor processes and propose improvement
  • Support all continuous improvement, ALPS in LCT
What You Know
  • At least a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • 3 - 5 years’ working experience from export company and/or freight forwarding industry
  • Knowledge and understanding of import and export regulations preferred
  • Fluency in Chinese and English (both written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in ERP/logistics management systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, TMS platforms)
  • Experience with oversized shipments & Singapore customs
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities
  • Process Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize and multi-task with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
