Core Responsibilities:

  • Analyse industry trends and best practices, as well as organization’s business strategy, and develop learning strategy and solutions aligned with business needs
  • Evaluate and recommend technology or solution based on technical capabilities, functionalities, costs vs benefits and risks criteria
  • Use a variety of training methods - in-person and virtual classroom trainings and workshops, customized learning programs, online self-guided courses and microlearning modules, social learning events, etc.
  • Maintain and update training materials, manage training schedules, collaborate with functional experts and business trainers to develop and maintain training content.
  • Educate customers on Apple's products, services, purchase options, and relevant sales processes.
  • Help customers find solutions and address their concerns.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on Apple's Products, Services, Deployment & Management (Mobile Device Management), Mac Evaluation Utility (MEU)
  • Experience with on-site deployment, debugging and customer support
  • Define, document and communicate project progress to client stakeholders and project teams
  • Join visits with vendors and engage in business development activities

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in technical sales or a customer-facing role (2+ years preferred)
  • Excellent organizational skills and oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and enjoy working in a team
  • Excellent follow through, organizational ability, and flexibility in a dynamic, demanding environment.
