Finance & Admin Executive (Mid-Level)

We are looking for a capable and dependable Finance & Admin Executive to oversee day-to-day financial and administrative operations at our Singapore headquarters. You will play a key role in managing accounting, bank interactions, payments, and cross-border financial coordination—particularly between our Singapore and China offices. You’ll also support management reporting and vendor optimization, ensuring the smooth operation of our high-growth company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily financial tasks including bookkeeping, transaction processing, and payment of bills (including overseas remittances and cloud service subscriptions).
  • Handle Singapore company statutory and banking matters independently, such as registration, tax filing (IRAS), and account setup (with ACRA, banks, etc.).
  • Operate accounting software to manage company books, reconcile invoices, and maintain organized records.
  • Work with platforms like Stripe, Wise, PayPal, and other SaaS providers to manage subscriptions and negotiate better commercial packages.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly internal management reports to support leadership decision-making.
  • Assist with cross-border reconciliation and intercompany transactions between Singapore, China, and other international offices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or admin roles at Singapore-based companies.
  • Strong understanding of local statutory processes (IRAS, ACRA, banking procedures).
  • Proficient in Excel and familiar with Xero or other accounting software.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin Chinese, to coordinate smoothly with the China office.
  • Detail-oriented, accountable, and proactive with a cheerful personality and strong execution skills.
  • Prior experience in tech, software, or internet companies is preferred.
