Purpose of the Role

To develop ZP Future leadership.


What You’ll Do

  • In the 2-year rotational arrangement, you will take up tasks and projects within business units and markets.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders in business development, product management, etc.
  • Propose and drive process improvement.
  • Learn and excel under Executive Leadership’s supervision.

What will make you successful?

Must-Have:

  • 5 to 8 years of prior full-time working experience in any industry.
  • Full-time Professional MBA from the World’s Top Business schools.
  • Asian nationality (from ZP Main markets – Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, etc.) and willingness to mobilize within Asian markets.
  • Excellent Communication skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability.

  • Knowing one of the listed languages Tagalog, Thai, Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Melayu, Khmer, Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese
