What You’ll Enjoy

• Gross Salary Up to $3,500++ (includes shift allowances, OT, and incentives)
• Base Salary by Experience:
  $2,300/month (under 2 years)
  $2,400/month (2–5 years)
  $2,660+/month (5+ years)
• Attractive Bonuses:
  $1,500 sign-on bonus (upon confirmation)
  $1,500 retention bonus (after 1 year)
  $2,000 loyalty bonus (after 2 years)
• Additional Benefits:
  $10/night shift allowance
  OT pay + $200 monthly OT incentive (based on criteria met)
  Uniform and meals provided
  10 days annual leave
  Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) + performance bonus (non-guaranteed)

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and order for guests, staff, and premises
• Conduct routine patrols and monitor surveillance systems
• Respond swiftly and appropriately to emergencies or alarms
• Provide first aid assistance (training will be given)
• Handle lost and found cases professionally
• Escort and safeguard valuable items (cash, chips, documents)
• Manage crowds, monitor potential risks, and prevent disturbances
• De-escalate situations involving intoxicated or disorderly individuals
• Engage in continuous training to enhance operational readiness

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Holds a valid PLRD Security License (mandatory)
• Experienced in guard duties and emergency protocols
• Physically and mentally fit for rotating 12-hour shifts (day/night)
• Available for weekends and public holidays
• Able to work in a smoking environment
• No serious financial issues or gambling restrictions

Work Schedule

• 2 Days Work / 2 Days Off
• Day Shift : 7:30 AM – 8:00 PM
• Night Shift : 7:30 PM – 8:00 AM
