Job Description:

Responsible for handling shipping port expenses, disbursements Diligent input of shipment data into elxa platform Superb liaison and coordination with customers Swift attention and response to customer’s enquiries Close follow-up to optimize cost efficiency and maintain smooth operations to achieve excellent customer service Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement Job Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Maritime Studies, Business related or equivalent Some experience in vessel operations, especially in handling port expenses is advantageous but training will be provided Self-motivated fast learner with a tremendously positive attitude Customer oriented with excellent communication skills Ability to perform under pressure and resilient Patient, meticulous and task oriented
