Job Summary:
Reporting to the Regional HR Manager, the HR Analyst is responsible for overseeing HR functions for the South East Asia region. The ideal candidate need to possess extensive HR knowledge to manage operations effectively and contribute to transformational changes within the organization.
Key Job responsibilities and duties:
- Administer HR operations, including recruitment management, employee onboarding/offboarding, employee compensation and benefits, payroll, employee enquiries, and grievance handling.
- Conduct employee insurance analysis, supporting insurance benchmarking aligned with industry standard
- Identify and collaborate with business partners on activities for employee health and wellness
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of employee data in HR systems.
- Collaborate with recruiters to support recruitment efforts.
- Liaise with authorities to manage work passes and employee taxation, including tax clearance for foreign employees.
- Coordinate with authorities and auditors for HR-related surveys and audits.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements to facilitate daily HR operations.
- Align HR operations with corporate policies and procedures.
- Prepare and present HR reports.
- Participate in HR projects and employee engagement activities.
- Actualization using AI tools to modernize HR practices to align with organization transformation
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Capital Management, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Science.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in HR operations is a plus.
- Proficiency in C, Python, Java, MySQL, HTML is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to speak Japanese is an added advantage.
