Position Purpose
Rates Transformation Project is an APAC-wide initiative that aims at standardizing the process of contribution, distribution, and consumption of Interest and FX Rates. The project's end objective is to achieve enhanced automation and standardization for rates flow, thereby ensuring robustness of controls and governance around the flow. The project also aims at automating manual processes and streamlining legacy flow to obtain process efficiency for business. We are looking for an IT BA/PM that can manage this transformation across facets like requirement analysis for multiple applications, systems implementation (integration, development, and testing), process migration, RACI definition, and aftercare.
Profile Requirement
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
Overall IT BA/PM for the program.
IT Delivery leader for the program - Working with Operations, Finance, and Technology stakeholders for the target architecture implementation.
Prepare, maintain, and manage project plan, delivery coordination, and governance.
Perform end-to-end tests, plan and coordinate UAT, change management, and go-live support.
Functional expert on the domain performing study/analysis on multiple application output and integration feasibility.
Coordinating with other IT teams, front office, operations, and finance stakeholders to ensure onboarding, capacity planning, and securing the deliveries.
Stakeholder management, running program governances, steering committees, regular operational and working committees.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
Ability to understand transversal architecture in a Capital Markets context.
Basic technical analysis skills on systems interfacing, identify gaps and propose resolutions.
Knowledge of Trade life cycle.
Ability to work with stakeholders across geographies.
Previous experience in working in Matrix organizations.
Specific Qualifications (if required)
Strong functional PM with Global Markets experience – Exposure to Transformation Systems implementation would be a key criterion.
Transversal front-to-back project implementation experience – Exposure to referential, trade booking, settlement, reporting, regulatory reporting, accounting, group reporting chains.
Minimum 8 years of Business Analysis experience and exposure to project management and end-to-end delivery.
PM experience with CXO level stakeholders as sponsors.
