Steward, Indoor Attractions Green Canvas (Part-Time)

Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

As a Part-Time Stewarding Staff at Green Canvas, you will support the smooth running of events by maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the back-of-house pantry. This includes dishwashing, drying, waste management, and basic back-end support during buffet lunches, dinners, and coffee break services.

Job Responsibilities

• Wash and dry crockery, glassware, cutlery, and service utensils.
• Ensure proper sanitization and cleanliness of the pantry items and equipment.
• Manage waste disposal.
• Support the F&B team during buffet and coffee break service operations.
• Assist in moving trays, crates, or equipment when required.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Able to work on an event basis, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Able to work in a back-of-house pantry environment.
• This is a support role in a dynamic event setting.
• You will work closely with the F&B operations and event support teams.
• Assignments and hours depend on the scale, type, and timing of events held at Green Canvas.
