We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead and drive complex digital projects within the media industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project and program management, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and a track record of delivering digital solutions on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee digital projects from initiation to completion
• Work closely with product, design, and development teams to ensure project requirements are well defined and executed
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Facilitate regular team meetings and track progress against project goals
• Identify and manage project risks, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place
• Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders
• Support cross-team collaboration and ensure alignment with business goals
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and partners as needed
• Maintain project documentation and best practices

• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in managing digital projects
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall project management methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Technical understanding or hands-on experience in software development or web technologies
• PMP or Scrum Master certification
• Experience in the media industry or managing digital content platforms
