The Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) will report directly to the CEO and assist in driving organizational change and transformation. This transformational leadership role requires a dynamic leader with strong change management and project management skillsets, a deep understanding of organizational dynamics, and the ability to drive change across the organization.

The CTO will lead and manage strategic transformation projects to enhance the organization’s efficiency, effectiveness, and overall impact. This role is responsible for leading and managing large-scale transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization's social mission, strategic objectives, and delivering sustainable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement transformation strategies with the CEO and senior leadership.
  • Oversee large-scale transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of objectives.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to drive transformation initiatives.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to track project progress and impact.
  • Develop change management plans to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions for service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Manage and mentor cross-functional teams.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with transformation initiatives.
  • Manage project budgets and allocate resources effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, strategic planning, or transformation roles, preferably within the community service sector.
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale organization development and transformation projects.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and organization-wide change initiatives.

Skills:

  • Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep understanding of organizational development and change management principles and methodologies.
  • Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, including employees and external partners.
  • Experience and familiarity with the social service sector, community service programs, and their operational challenges is advantageous.
