Requirements:

Analyze manpower needs, production reports, budgets, and cost control measures.

Lead and optimize full production operations and processes.

Manage production planning, warehouse operations, and health & safety compliance.

Ensure production schedules, resource utilization, and delivery timelines are met.

Oversee inventory accuracy.

Monitor system usage across departments for data accuracy and timeliness.

Coordinate with other departments to resolve quality and operational issues.

Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost control.

Evaluate, train, and coach staff; enforce discipline and ensure performance.

Requirements:

Degree in Engineering, Industrial or Material Science.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in oil & gas equipment manufacturing.

Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
