Job Responsibilities:

• Support the management team in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to equipment availability and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of equipment to ensure they meet operational standards.
• Oversee maintenance and replacement of machinery and electrical components to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage team well-being, including attendance, discipline, productivity, work quality, and safety during work hours.
• Plan, coordinate, and collaborate with team members to execute tasks efficiently.
• Supervise and guide the team in task execution, providing clear instructions and on-site support.
• Maintain accurate records and update systems with relevant data, such as man-hours and work progress.
Communicate and coordinate with external suppliers, contractors, and relevant parties to support operational needs and resolve any issues

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Knowledgeable in mechanical, engine, and electrical principles to support various technical tasks.
Capable of using hand tools and measurement instruments
