Data Analyst + Chief Operating Officer (COO)

We are looking for a strategic and data-driven professional to join our founding team as a dual-role Data Analyst and COO , responsible for operational execution and data infrastructure for our two key products — WOW Coach , Singapore’s first sports coach matching app, and a new AI-powered emotional wellness app currently under development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze user behavior, coach performance, and GMV data to optimize WOW Coach's growth and operational efficiency;
• Lead analytics and product metrics for our upcoming mental wellness app, focusing on emotional tracking and behavioral feedback;
• Collaborate with product, tech, and marketing teams to align data insights with company priorities;
• Drive execution across China and global (especially Western) market entry strategies;
• Support investor-facing data modeling, pitch materials, and business reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science preffered.
• Holds an internationally recognized certification in data science or analytics (e.g. Google Data Analytics, IBM Data Science, Tableau);
• Minimum 1 year of experience in data analytics, data product, or startup operations;
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, Python or R;
• Hands-on experience with GA4, Firebase, Google Tag Manager;
• Strong quantitative and modeling skills; a data-driven problem solver;
• Excellent execution and cross-functional collaboration skills;
• Prior overseas education or Western market experience preferred;
Familiarity with China’s digital ecosystem (e.g. Xiaohongshu, Douyin, WeChat) is a strong plus

• Fluent in both English and Chinese (reading & writing);
