QA/QC Manager

Location: Tuas
Salary: $7000 - $8000

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and train inspectors and engineers to maintain productivity and technical standards.

• Promote 5S, safety, and ethical practices in all quality activities.

• Ensure the Quality Management System is established, implemented, and maintained in line with ISO/API Q1 standards.

• Drive continual improvement initiatives; manage corrective and preventive actions, and maintain accurate quality records.

• Collaborate with process owners to standardize and enhance quality procedures across departments.

• Oversee inspection activities, ensure full traceability of materials and workmanship, and manage document control.

• Develop and implement inspection criteria, standards, and quality control procedures.

• Lead internal and external audits, including customer and third-party assessments.

• Ensure supplier and raw material compliance; conduct supplier audits in coordination with Supply Chain and Engineering.

• Support resolution of customer complaints through root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Industrial, or Material Sciences.

• Minimum 5 years of quality management experience in the oil & gas equipment manufacturing industry.

• Proficient in MS Office, and familiar with ERP systems.
