Printing Production Assistant (Event Signage & Large Format Printing)

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Printing Production Assistant to join our team, specializing in the production of event signage and large-format prints. This role is essential in delivering high-quality visual materials for exhibitions, corporate events, retail displays, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate large-format printers with confidence and precision to produce event boards, posters, directional signage, and various display materials.
• Ensure accurate output with proper sizing, color consistency, and attention to detail based on supplied design files.
• Handle post-production tasks including lamination, trimming, mounting, and finishing.
• Understand the properties and best-use practices of common exhibition materials such as KT board, photo paper, PVC board , etc.
• Assist with on-site signage installation and dismantling when required, ensuring timely setup for events.
• Sew rubber tape onto printed materials when necessary (training can be provided if needed).
• Support urgent projects and tight deadlines with a strong sense of responsibility and readiness for overtime when needed.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in large-format printing or event/exhibition production is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with finishing techniques and exhibition materials.
• Physically fit and able to handle light setup or logistics work.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and a hands-on, can-do attitude.
• A team player who thrives under pressure and tight schedules.
