Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets in freight forwarding services.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow existing accounts and win new business.
  • Identify market opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients.
  • Provide logistics solutions tailored to customer needs (air, sea, and land freight).
  • Oversee pricing, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure service delivery meets customer expectations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Train and support sales team members to improve performance.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, with at least 2–3 years in freight forwarding or logistics.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good understanding of international shipping, customs, and logistics operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented and able to drive sales performance.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Willing to travel and meet clients as needed.
  • Diploma or degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
