Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic accounting functions such as preparing accounting listings, payment documents, and scanning documents for bookkeeping purposes
  • Organize and maintain proper filing and documentation
  • Assist with processing daily orders from various online marketplaces (i.e. Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, etc.)
  • Help with packing orders for online marketplaces
  • Assist in issuing sales invoices and managing collections
  • Assist in marketplace management, including updating existing product information, creating new product listings, and ensuring accurate content across platforms
  • Handle any additional administrative and accounting duties as assigned by the Director

Requirements and skills:

  • At least O'Level or Diploma in Accounting/Finance, LCCI certified, or equivalent
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply; training and guidance will be provided
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Knowledge of Xero Accounting software is preferred
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to maintain accuracy in documentation
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written)
  • Willingness to learn with a positive working attitude
  • Location: Joo Seng (10mins walk from Tai Seng Mrt)
  • 5-day work week
