Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage seasonal product assortments tailored to the needs of various international subsidiaries.
• Monitor global trends and translate them into actionable product strategies.
  

• Serve as the key liaison between vendors and overseas subsidiaries.
• Ensure timely communication and smooth execution of production schedules, quality control, and shipment timelines.
  

• Conduct in-depth market research to stay abreast of fashion, lifestyle, and homeware trends.
• Evaluate consumer preferences, competitor activities, and pricing strategies across different regions.
  

• Collect and analyze sales data from each subsidiary to evaluate product performance.
• Propose data-driven improvements to product lineups and marketing approaches.
  

Requirements:

• Experience in garment or textile industry preferred
Fluent in Mandarin, English speaking and can read traditional Chinese as to liaise with relevant counterparts
