Procurement Engineer (M&E / Electrical Drawings)

• Salary range: $3500 - $4500 (basic)

• Working hours: Monday – Friday (8:30am – 6:00pm)

Job Scope

• Perform full spectrum of procurement activities.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers/vendors, establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate commercial terms incl. of pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules and etc. with suppliers/vendors. Monitor and evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery, and cost.
• Assist in process of procurement, generate, validate and maintain change of Purchase Order System according to project needs.
• Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
• Input and maintain data in procurement related tools and applications.
• Source and on-board potential suppliers where required and to follow correct procedures and documentation when engaging suppliers.
• Ensure that all assigned supplier contracts are up to date and all records are save appropriately.
• Support and maintain quality management system (ISO 9001).
• Assist of the office IT co-ordination matters with external technical support for troubleshooting, all PC hardware and software assets management, email set-ups.
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned by the superior or procurement manager.

Requirement

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 2 years’ experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
