Quality Control Inspector (Oil and Gas)

MNC Metal Manufacturing, Oil & Gas industry.

Location: Tuas, transport provided + transport allowance.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections as per Work Instructions and Quality Procedures.
• Ensure accurate traceability of materials/components through router sheets.
• Use only calibrated and approved inspection tools/equipment.
• Clock in/out via VM and maintain proper documentation on router sheets.
• Report any non-conformities to the Supervisor/Lead immediately.
• Re-inspect repaired/reworked items before proceeding.
• Complete and prepare inspection records before product shipment.
• Assist with on-the-job training and orientation for new quality team members.
• Support company initiatives like TQM and Lean Manufacturing.
• Follow all safety, quality, and business conduct guidelines.

Requirements:

• NITEC / O-Level / N-Level qualification.
• 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (preferably Oil & Gas).
• Knowledge of ISO9001, quality systems, inspection tools, and preferably LDP/NDT.
