Responsibilities
- Drive and handle operations initiatives and business projects related to Cash products, processes or change of operating model
- Lead and contribute to user requirement gatherings/ understand business change through stakeholder’s walkthrough
- Ability to identify and define any areas of high risk/ complexity processes and call out and provide mitigation solutions (where applicable)
- Provide subject matter expert advice on Cash Payments related handlings/processing etc
- Perform independent review and assessment on user requirements
- Work closely with business partners, compliance, operations, technology as well as testing teams covering scopes, project plans and target delivery timelines
- Prepare system training material, conduct system training to operations users to ensure operationalization readiness
- Provide post implementation support to operations users and work closely with technology partners/business partners to resolve the production incidents
- Ability to multiple tasks and handle problem shooting matters raising from projects or ad hoc unpredicted circumstance
- Perform LV co-ordinator role with peer (rotation frequency) and manage weekend
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of working experiences in financial institution with project management experience
- It would be a requirement to have knowledge of SWIFT, Payments processors, Sanctions Screening systems and workflows
- It would be an added advantage for working knowledge in Ai LLM implementations and any additional certifications, qualifications in Gen Ai related technology
- Strong analytical, negotiation and collaboration skillset
- Excellent communication, written and presentation skills; meticulous attention to details
- Ability to work independently, collaborate and manage demanding stakeholders
- Change mindset with confidence in timely execution with good time management
- Proficient Microsoft Office suite
