Job Overview :
We are looking for a Director to lead our front-of-house team and ensure an exceptional dining and retail experience for our customers. This role is responsible for overseeing daily customer interactions, POS system operations, and general service efficiency for our dine-in and retail offerings.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise front-of-house staff and manage customer service operations
• Handle POS system settlement, daily closing procedures, and sales reporting
• Monitor service quality and resolve customer feedback professionally
• Coordinate with kitchen and butchery teams to ensure seamless operations
• Maintain hygiene and service SOPs in line with F&B regulations
• Train and onboard new front-of-house team members
• Ensure efficient queue and reservation management, especially during peak hours

Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in F&B or hospitality operations
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Proficient in POS systems and daily reconciliation
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
