What We Need
Corpay is currently on the lookout for a highly organised person to join our APAC Operations Team in Singapore as an Accounts Receivable Associate. Your focus will be processing and allocating Foreign Exchange transactions (FX) and payments. You’ll be responsible for handling all incoming and outgoing funds with one of the world’s largest non-bank payment remitters and Hedging specialists. You will be a key contributor to maintaining the financial health and integrity of the organisation!
How We Work
As the Accounts Receivable Associate, you will be expected to work in a hybrid office environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
- Assigned workspace in Singapore office
- Company-issued equipment
- Formal, hands-on training
- Record and post all incoming payments and deposits accurately and promptly into our back-end system.
- Monitor the Transactions and Settlements team inboxes, actioning tasks and liaising with front and back-office departments.
- Manage client ledger balances and create client currency accounts.
- Formatting beneficiary information, setting up international money transfers.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide support to other finance and accounting team members as needed.
- Previous payments or banking experience in an office setting preferred, but not required
- Proficient computer skills, ideally intermediate or advanced Excel experience
- Strong analytical mindset with high data entry accuracy
- Confident communicator with a collaborative, team-focused approach.
- Organised, deadline-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
